NEED TO IMPLEMENT 'R STAMP'

hi,
I'm new to this field. My company is mainly focused on 'Fabrication and maintenance/repair of - Heat Exchanger(Re tubing,welding,etc), Pressure vessels, Tanks, Boilers,etc.
We need to qualify our organization with R-stamp or U-stamp, which is suitable for our company as per our operations. also i heard that R-stamp for personal qualification of Inspectors who are doing inspection on repair field.

what is the procedure for R STAMP qualification. whom i contact. please help me.

If you are fabricating new heat exchangers you will need a U stamp. For repairs and I think MFG of some parts an "R" stamp will be required.

May I ask what jurisdiction your company is presently fabricating and/or repairing pressure vessels?
