I had an HP laptop that had all kinds of log on and log off issues, I opted for the 12 gauge log off which I will note was quite effective and very pleasing.

Okay, I had tried all suggestions but thank you one and all. Especially the 12 00 remedy (that's 12 gauge with double '0' shells).
Had even rebooted. But, it was still on when I just now came on but after reading everyone's comments I hit the 'Logout' and sure enough, it actually logged me out.
Amazing stuff this technology.
No, I don't use IE. But, I do think this computer is getting almost old enough to need a replacement in the wings.
Great, here we go again. All other sites I can get out of. I can move around anywhere I want here, but, when I hit the 'Logout' all it does is take me to the home forum page and if I am already there it doesn't do anything.
