In New York we have over a million who threaten people with computer generated words , steal and exploit as a cohesive group. My view dark society Chinese. Concern 1 - 2 million such within 50 miles of the center of New York. Enslaved children 2 - 4 million on USA wide basis.  Money USA diminishment of 1 - 2 Trillion a year. Suggested amendments to the constitution and supportive ( enabling act of congress ). Commercial situation NYC and DC? Criminally pervasive cut losses out. Your views appreciated.
