If i replace SMAW with FCAW what advantage i should get in terms of deposition rate.

Rough calculation

1/8" E7018 @ 110-106 Amps will deposit about 2.5 lbs. per hour

.052 E71T-1 Gas Shielded FCAW @ 250 amps will deposit about 9.5 lbs. per hour.

The Lincoln Procedures Handbook is a good place to learn hour to calculate this kind of thing and much much more.

How your operators are able to control their arc efficiency has a major bearing on real deposition.
