I am rajasekaran from india,we are tig welding 1mm ss304 grade material.
We are welding in fusion method.
Steps we are following are :
Blanking , forming, grinding two half's manually , tag welding in tig , finally automatic tig welding with research grade gas.
While welding we are facing some areas unweld .

Pls suggest were we are not correct.
