dear sir,
Please tell how many passes should in the socket or fillet weld, I have suggested to a welder for minimum 2 passes, where I can find in the code please tell me

Commercial fabrication standards are unlikely to tell you "how" to weld something, especially if you are working with ASME codes.
NAVSEA TP278 for Navy applications says that all pressure boundaries require no less than two layers (not two beads).

dear, sir, I have welded half coupling with a pipe ( fillet weld), as per ASME can we do 2 pass or single, please tell where is given in ASMEsame code

It would not by address by ASME construction codes. ASME does not provide instruction relating to "how to fabricate" anything.
