I would like to know if we can or should Preheat & PWHT S355JR+N if we should then according to what standard shall we preheat actually its required for Welding (WPS & PQR) kindly specify the standard & dont guide me regarding the manufacturing point of view i wanna know the weldability of the S355 JR+N steel plates & its preheat temperatures...
