I'm currently working a project that has some GIANT requirement creep lately

One of those being the customer all of the sudden wanted the system we are delivering them to meet IP67

It was a bit of a gut punch because I had intended originally to have a welded box frame for lifting it and 2 side panels stitch welded on, and the front back and lid bolt in with rivet nuts

BUT Now Its back to the drawing board

Anyone on here do any enclosure welding that needed to meet any kind of ingress protection like NEMA 6 or IP67?
