ASME Sec II Part A states that the chemical composition of SA/A516 Gr 60 for Mn is 0.79 - 1.30 but a steel manufacturer states their product meets same ASME spec but is 0.79 - 1.50 Mn. Does ASME allow a tolerance for exceeding the Product Analysis?
