What would happen if you found out that your old company was continuing to use forms with your signature on it? The company required new employee, 6-month, and certain 2-year recertifications due to customer requirements and they are supposed to be completed and signed by a CWI. If you had quit the job and find out a year later that they have continued to use forms that have your signature for new certifications, what would you do? I know that they have not been able to hire or get someone internal to pass the CWI exams.
I know that the company is the one that is risking using fake documents, its just sad knowing there are bad practices with things that you were doing correctly.
