I want to know what is the criteria to measure the arc stability.

Or Is there an stadard procedure by which we can compare the arc stability at different process parameters?

Since I have to discuss about the arc stability with variation of weld speed, weld voltage and wire stick out, how can I explain and compare (in welding technical terms) the arc stability in my synergic MiG/MAG welding experimentation.
