Does anybody know when the next edition of B2.1 Spec. for Welding Procedures and Welder Qualification will be available ?

I thought I saw an item stating its' availability in the next few months, but can't re-confirm it.

I'm referencing 1998 and don't want to buy the 2000 edition if a new one is on the horizon.

I'd like to know too, my copy is the 2000 edition.

Try going to the "Contact AWS" then the "Technical Services" and look up the responsible staff engineer who is Secretary for the B2 Committee and drop him an e-mail. I believe it's John Gayler but if you have any problems contact Andrew Davis, Managing Director of the Technical Department.
