• JOINS ANY COMBINATION OF METALS, I.E., STAINLESS STEEL, COPPER, BRASS,
MONEL AND MOST OTHER ALLOYS, EXCEPT THE WHITE METALS.
• THIN FLOWING ABILITY ALLOWS PENETRATION INTO THE TIGHTEST JOINTS.

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: 1100°F (593°C)
OPERATING PROCEDURES:
Materials should be smooth and free of burrs or uneven edges. A carburizing oxy-acetylene flame
should be used, heating a broad surface along the joint line. Keep the flame cone one inch ahead of
the alloy rod and a continuous fillet will form. Clean flux residue off with water.
