I am trying to determine if it's possible to qualify my WPS w/out radiographic test, is this a requirement in every test you made to qualify a WPS? Is/are there statement/s in ASME IX indicating the need for radiographic testing everytime you qualify a WPS? I'll appreciate your reply to this post thanks.

Radiographic Tests are not required as per ASME IX. The requirement to carry out RT is based on the project specifications. However, carrying out RT is advantageous to the contractor if he wants to use a welding procedure in more than one project, some of them having requirements for radiographic tests in the PQR.
