If you'll post a fax #, I can send you a detail drawing of what your template should look like along with the correct ordinate dimensions for your 12" branch.

See if any of the local shops have a burning table with a pronest setup. They can run it in pronest and give you the pattern. When it fits good transfer it template paper.
