I think that 300 or 350 in the highest recommended rod oven temps. This would apply for and low hydrogen or and other covered electrode that is prone to humidity damage. We don't find any advantage running the oven at temps over 200, just enough to keep it dry and not consume unnecessary amounts of electricity.

SS electrodes that have been opened should be stored in constant temperature, well ventilated ovens at temperatures between 60-70C. Relative humidity should not exceed 50%.
Electrodes that are slightly affected by moisture may be rebaked for approx. 2-3 hours at 250-280C. Heating and cooling should be done slowly. SS electrodes may be rebaked up to 3 times without danger of damaging the rods.
