If you check around on that site you will find a pretty decent format for an AISC type manual.
I liked it so much, I purchased one for use as a corporate format. It took some doing to make it fit (both or company culture and our industrial activities), but it's a good starting point for reasonably little money.

If you are interested in structural steel, QMC is probably the place to start. On this page ( http://www.qmconline.com/Code/Resources/Index.htm ) there is a sample manual. Please be clear this is not a complete manual. It must be modiifed to reflect what your company does. It is a starter template only.
