do you believe that a miller dynasty 200 dx wil be able to do just about any tig job there is. some examples are welding soda cans, tig coper, brass, steel ,SS, and any other thing that you can think of.

Yes, till you get into the engine block repair or really heavy material.

I own one and the advanced waveform adjustments are unbelievable. I can't even think of explaining all the benefits and the applications are truely endless. On tig 3/16 is going to be approaching its top end, it will do thicker than that but on a regular basis 3/16 is about it. Also it is a fabulous rod burner I run quite a bit of Ni99 for cast repair jobs, it has an adjustable dig control and I crank it up around 55-60 and the rods just don't stick and the arc is really sweet. I also weld alot of aluminum sheet and tube is 1/8" and thinner so it is a perfect fit for me.

Sweet machine, you'll love it

I just bought a new Dynasty200DX.Best tool investment I have made in a long time.I considered purchasing the Dynasty300DXbut,at about 90lbs.I decided in favor of the 43 lb.200DX.(portability is a feature that appeals to me).Don't let the light weight fool you.It is a powerful little machine.I like the ability to change voltage inputs without changing links.Nice.I don't know about welding soda cans but,it does a beautiful job on .035 stainless and 3/8" aluminum.Expect to pay about $2900 with the contractors kit.(fingertip control, regulator, ect.,in a pretty good plastic carrying case).
