can anyone tell me where I can get some sort of feid guide for quik refrencing of F & P-No's instead of having to check ASME all the time. I guess what I'm looking for is some sort of pocket guide

I think the only reliable source is the source (i.e. QW-422 and QW-432 for instance).
There are 2 web sources that might help:
www.pnumbers.com
and www.fnumbers.com
otherwise develop your own notes/cheatsheet on the numbers you regularly encounter ?
