What is the best way to fix a Copper Alloy No. C93200 (SAE 660)
(High Leaded Tin Bronze, Bearing Bronze)?

Not too sure what you mean by 'fix'. I had a customer that needed to replace 660 bronze slides on a boom, and the best way to do it without destroying them was to mig with Silicon Bronze mig wire and pure argon shielding gas. worked like a charm and saved them tons of money on labor and new bronze.

HMM... What about the lead content? With a Mig application on SAE660 the lead would vaporize and cause mega perosity, wouldn't it?

we didn't have an issue at my customer's site with this. the welding was done in a spray transfer with high travel and fill speeds. Again, this was for joining wear bars to mild steel boom. not sure if this application would work for your issue, but worked well for mine.
