Variables Requiring WPS Changing

I couldn't find anywhere if one joint type change to other joint type for instance change of butt joint to a t-joint without changing of joint dimension we must reissue a new WPS or not?

Depends on which code your working with. For D1.1, in general terms, yes, a new WPS would have to be issued. For ASME, no, joint design is a non-essential variable.

Some states require a separate WPS for each joint detail if you are working to AWS D1.5 Bridge Code.

Our Refrence code is AWS D1.1 and also D1.5 , but i couldnt find any Item or section regarding this matter,I 'd be pleased if you help me.
