Hi All, many times when you're trying to square a project up before welding it or tacking it together, you need a method to pull it into square. If you have a turnbuckle lying around collecting dust, you can start by cutting the eyelets or whatever types of ends it has on it, off of it, then get a couple of pieces of angle iron and position the ends of the threaded turnbuckle rods into the V-portion of the angle. Weld these pieces together. Now when you need to square up a corner on a frame or some other type of item, you can tack weld the ends of this apparatus into the corner and either force it one way or the other to square it up. This type of set-up can be used in any other number of ways to accomplish pushing or pulling as it relates to welding fabrication or repair. You can also make these up with any number of sizes of turnbuckles, and include various lengths of angle to suit different applications. Hope this can be of help to some out there. Regards, aevald
