usually in projects, weld and welders repair rates defines acceptance or
reject of them.
if we consider percent for repair rate of total weld deposit of a projects
is it correct?
for example deference between 5% of 2000tons weld repair and 5% of 10000tons
is too much!
for welders also repair rate with considering ratio of repair length to the
total weld deposit
seems be incorrect because of deference in sensitivity and importance of
material and projects.
