Hello -
I picked up an older Airco 250 Amp AC/DC Heliwelder (stock #1341-0178) and am looking for a manual on it.  Some of the paint on the control panel was chipped and blew off on the way... anyone have a good photo of the control panel so that I can re-paint it properly label each switch?

Thanks
Mike

If this is the one that goes up to 310 amps it might be the same as a Miller Dial Arc HF. I would look up the owners manual on Miller's website WWW.MillerWelds.com

Thanks for the reply but I've checked with Miller and found that they did not make this particular unit.  Thanks again

If it is a little newer it may have been made by ESAB. Have You tried them?, Another try would be to see if You can find a good enough picture of one on Ebay to read the faceplate.

Hi Mike,             Yes, the older Midstates machines had painted front panels and I am almost certain that's what this machine is. Let me work on this during the week and will try and find manual and photo of panel. Notice your machine has two solenoids - that's the way all machines were equipped in the early days - second solenoid for water. There is that Cinch-Jones plug for remote, too. We have the remotes for those in stock. Be back shortly.         weldersales

Chuck -

I found a copy of the manual at www.arc-products.com.  I dealt with a woman named De Lois Curd... very helpful but you will need the serial # in addition to the model #.

thanks
mike
