Like it says i need some talented welders badly and need to know where to look. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much!

You can try weldingjobs.com. I don't know what they charge. There is always careerbuilder.com and monster.com. The biggest one I found was zoominfo.com. People in the rustbelt may be looking for relocation. AWS has a job board too on this website.
