I was looking for a standard for welding A106 Grade C seamless pipe.  4.5" OD x 1" wall.  I need to know everything about it essentially.  Appreciate any assistance.  Thanks in advance.

It depends on the end use.  What will this be used for?  Steam or water service?  What pressure and temperature?  Petrochem or power boiler?  There are a lot of codes and standards for different applications.

the media is water.  the pressure is 450 bar.  temp will be about 32C.

If this is cooling water or process water, perhaps ASME B31.1 would be appropriate.

do you have the specifics on the procedure?  I don't have access to them!  It would be a big help.

one4fatman, what do you need to know about A106?  It is an ASME P-Number 1 material and readily weldable with 70 series filler.  At the thickness you're using you may need PWHT depending on Code of Construction.  If you need specific detail define exactly what you're looking for and send me an e-mail so I can send you additional information.
