Im looking for a union called SME??? or something like that. its an iron workers union in las vegas that builds the structures and also the stage work for the strip shows. It is a iron workers union and not a "stage hand" .  Thinking about getting into this line of work, Im 38 and been a automotive mechanic for too long, I want the backing of a union and the ability to move up in a career. any input?   thank you
