When doing a t weld fillet with 1/8th in. plate is the qualification good for any thickness less than 1/8th and up to 1/4 in.?

If this is a D1.1 question, then this is covered by Table 4.4. Table 4.4 tells us the max is unlimited and the minimum is 1/8" (see note a).
