1990 Ford F350 with "Bakersfield" style bed. Comes complete with Lincoln SA200, 2 sets of oxy/acetylene bottles, torches, hose, approx 500 ft of lead and tools. Location: San Diego County. Reason for selling.. ahhhhhhhhh it's time to close this chapter of my life, and to tell you the truth, I have been real resistant to this one! I've been inspecting for 3 years now (have had CWI for 9 years) This truck will need to be painted.. it's pink! (but what else would one expect from The SheWelder? I'll even take off the chrome fellas off the mud flaps <wink> low miles - she spent most of her career in the refineries, chemical plants and paper mills in Los Angeles County. Moved to San Diego where there isn't any of that sort of work... had to pull out my inspection cards to get work. Turned out to be a good thing, but I need to sell my cherished friend and co-worker. I posted this in August and have had several inquiries requesting pictures. I can't post pictures here nor in replies to this forum so please include your email address when posting and I'll gladly send pictures. Asking Price is $15K firm Thanks!
Could you send me some pics?
Thanks

SheWelder,
What exactly is a "Bakersfield" style bed. Just curious.
Thanks.

A "Bakersfield" style bed "closets" all of your tools so that when you are in the pipe rack or in the ditch, no one can get to your things and the back of the bed is angled toward the cab for ease of fabricating so that you can get close to the work. thanks for your interest
that's pretty funny.... "bakersfield" style bed. I live in Bakersfield and am a rig welder and never heard that term ever before.
