Looking for a Honda motor for a Bluestar 6000 Miller welder. It has a tapered shaft. They say Honda does not make that motor anymore. If you need any other info let me know. Serial # is KH 519G71 ( I am not sure about the 9G, but I think that is what it says) the Tool # is 906584. I don't want to throw away the machine it has been very handy. Let me know if you can help. Thanks everyone.

There is a fairly standard taper used on a lot of generator setups, If Yours uses this taper You might be able to find another brand of engine that fits. I have a Northern Hydraulics generator with a bad generator. Motor is a 13 HP Honda, it is an older model, How many HP is Yours?

The motor is a 14 h.p. unit. I am trying to find the serial # to help with reference. I have to beleive that there are some of those motors somewhere in this vast land of ours. Of course some foreign company could have bought all of those up also.

Good afternoon,      Probably a 96 or 90. Miller serial numbers will have six numbers after the two letters. Your machine is a 1997. I think we may have a machine with a bad generator. If you still need it we will check tomorrow. Thanks,      weldersales
