1).  For manual welding with 100% CO2, .045" ER70S-6 wire, and globular transfer, how many pounds of wire should I be able deposit before the contact tip needs to be changed?  We use Tweco guns and consumables with threaded contact tips.

2).  Same question as above but with 90Ar-10CO2 mix, .035" ER70S-6 wire, and spray transfer.
