Allan, I didn't mean THAT low a profile, I meant REAL TRUCK TIRES like come on modern heavy duty pickups. Dads Dodges were always pretty rough, except for the '67 Power Wagon that was new. It looked OK for a little while, but was as plain as could be with 8x17.5 tires, 3 on the tree, manual drum brakes & manual steering. This truck was a *BITCH* to drive when new, and only got worse over the next 20 years and 200K miles. He put a schooll bus trans with granny gear in it and for a time tried "Super Single" 10.50x16.5? tires, they didn't mount up concentricly due to the way the rims were designed, and weren't worth the grief. The other 2 trucks were slightly more advanced, the last one, an '89 Power Ram had PS, PB, auto & air. This was a used pickup that We put the utility body from the previous truck on. It has a red cab and a green body. I can't really say much good about that truck either, altho it was the most civilised one He ever had. I already had cancer when Dad passed, I kept the truck for a while, didn't use it, then sold it. Dad wasn't the Bling Bling type of guy, that was for sure.
