I run All Millers (302s and 350 Ds) and do more than my fair share of pipe work (carbon, aluminum & stainless). I used to be a lincoln man my self but just couldnt get past not having the fine tuning capabilities nor the superior tig capabilities. However these machines such as this one might be more suited for a guy who does alot of heavy equipment repair. I have a couple guys doing nothing but rig repair and euipment repair. They might be interested. Got any pictures? Shorthood, Ive run into a couple guys that run that vantage 300 and they keep telling me that they cant keep a 3/16 jet rod lit with them unless they switch over to tig mode. I know these machines are geared more to the down hand pipe industry but what do you think the problem is?
