why does it seem that lincoln excalibur 7018 runs so good but the 7018-1 runs wet and rough?  is there a certin tecnique i should be using?  hobart 7018-1 runs great but i can't always get it

mostly pipe.  the qc manager has elected to use only 7018-1.

throw them at the qc? Do you guys in the states ever run liquid air 7018 down there? It's pretty much the standard up here in Canada for the most part.
