I 1/4ed the 90's.but then shaved them down a bunch.trying to find some more 90's right now.yea i've seen some good looking beds with t.fenders but i like the 90's.i saw a good looking bed in canton not to long ago on a grey dodge.it's going to be something like that.round off top edges and boxes.1/4ed 8in on front/flared out to inside duall with a full 1/4 as the fender over outside duall.12in 1/4ed at the back.31n troff across the back.all led lights white on white with a solid row of lights on the truck PIMPIN AINT EASY RIGHT LOL!!!

welding rigs
Parent - - By millerman (**) Date 01-05-2008 00:46 Edited 01-05-2008 16:03
hey ya all will try to post some pics of my rig and here is my sa200 thats going on it soon
mac
Parent - - By JMCInc (**) Date 01-05-2008 01:22
What I do to resize is make a copy of the pic then left click on the copy. A list will appear and one of the options will be "open with" hover above that and a list with "paint" option will appear. Right click on that and the pic will open up on your screen. You will notice in the upper left the words "file, edit, view, image," and so on. Click on image and select "stretch/skew" you will see a screen showing the the size on a scale of %. I usually choke the image down to 15% on vert. and horizontal. When I close the program it will ask if I want to save changes, I do and then it's ready to go. I hope this helps as I'd love to see your rig. Please forgive me if I've stated the obvious.
Parent - - By CK Welding (**) Date 01-05-2008 02:17

Parent - By raftergwelding (*****) Date 01-06-2008 19:47
hey Vern them handles can be found at a traile rplace or an auto parts store napa usually carries everything
Parent - - By 52lincoln (***) Date 01-05-2008 17:01
no i was needing some latches like on ck's rig
Parent - - By CK Welding (**) Date 01-05-2008 17:25
Latches are from NAPA Auto parts.
Parent - - By 52lincoln (***) Date 01-05-2008 17:42
Thanks,u just put a loop on your lids and the latches got a hook on them?
Parent - - By CK Welding (**) Date 01-06-2008 05:40
You got it bro!!!  On the top boxes anyway.  The bottom boxes have a diffrent style of latch.  They just latch on the lip and the latch works up and down instead of left and right.
Parent - By 52lincoln (***) Date 01-06-2008 16:39
thanks bud.im fixxin to get started as soon as i get my welder back.
Parent - - By mody454 (**) Date 01-10-2008 19:19
what are you guys using for the deck 1/8 or  3/16?
Parent - By 52lincoln (***) Date 01-11-2008 04:35
I use 1/8
Parent - - By CK Welding (**) Date 01-13-2008 02:48
I use 1/8 those dam things weigh enouph you want to stay as light as you can.  Just keep in mind while your working off the back of your rig that you don't want to get the bed too hot.  Like while pre heating fittings. Its not to hard to warp that light Iron
Parent - - By mody454 (**) Date 01-13-2008 17:12
ok what about the frame work under the sheet 4" c chanel? i want to do it like 52lincoln's but i want it to be the same width and highth from bumper to cab.
Parent - - By 52lincoln (***) Date 01-14-2008 02:32
just use 3 or 4in channel all the way.
Parent - - By mody454 (**) Date 01-14-2008 21:18
