Is there any course notes/training manuals available on the preparation of "WPS,PQR & WQT" based on ASME codes?

yes, the National board has a course covering this topic. I have not personally attended but some of my previous coworkers did and felt it was worth the money. Their website is: www.nationalboard.org

ASME offers two courses. Practical Welding Technology and ASME Section IX.

If you are "new" to welding, start with the course Practical Welding Technology.

If you are an "old hand" at welding, jump right into the ASME Section IX course.
