I put a converter from tsc hooks up to battery cables with alligator clips to run lights for late nights make sure it is big enough to power what you are running mine has power chart on it  plus it does not affect welding only makes alternator keep battery charged plus stores behind seat when not used

Walmart carries a 1500 watt model for 120. We mount them on top of the generator housing.

I am in the process of putting a sa-250 exciter on my 200. This will give 120/220 ac power. If you need this done, it is no problem.

No,it does not just bolt up. There is a couple of ways you can do it.We are trying a litte different way on this one. At the end it all bolts up and looks good. Will have it complete next week for the run.  Thanks.

Do You use the field controls from the 250 machine to go with the AC exciter?

In my 19 years of rebuilding these machines I have had 2 customers attempt the same thing. It will be interesting to know your outcome. Please keep us informed.
