WPS calls for Oscillation 3x Electrode Diameter max,

Does this include flux? I am not sure I would say not.

Please advise.

If your talking SMAW, the electrodes themselves are measured by the diameter of the core wire.

Yeah it say's electrode flux not included, Alot of electrode's dont have a flux coating. Like solid wire for SAW and GMAW.
