Yes, but that list isn't being maintained. For example, the last D1.1 interpretation listed on
http://www.aws.org/technical/interps/Year.html is from the 2004 edition suggesting that there has not ever been a single interpretation for the 2006 edition of D1.1. [EDIT: Oops, the two examples I cited here from the last two issues of the Weldinig Journals were for 2004]
This doesn't make Lawrence's original comment completely off base at all. This section of the AWS website could be such a useful tool but, if it isn't maintained than it really is just a teaser to sell the book.
