In August of 07 you purchased the machine with a rebuilt engine from Micheal Brooks for $4000, while it was in my shop for repair. You asked that we install Murphy gauges, hour meter, and a remote pigtail. We repaired unit as needed and painted it. Sent an extra set of brushes with the machine when we shipped it to you in Arizona, and billed you $839.25 for our end of the repairs. Upon you receiving the machine, you painted it to match your truck, removed the K & N Filter and decided not to use th oil bath that was sent with the machine. You complained about the carb not being new, only rebuilt, so I sent you a New Zenith carb at no charge. I have spoken with countless times and I apologize for your distance from my shop, that is causing the distress for you.

Micheal Brooks is looking for a back up machine, so why don't you email me and He'll buy the machine back from you. And you can return the M13335 selector switch I sent you in good faith at that time.

YOU MADE ME SEEM LIKE THE BAD GUY HERE AND ITS NOT RIGHT.

Look, this is between you and Kay...keep this coorespondence with her in private messages. BTW, I deleted the pictures of the checks with the account numbers clearly visible, someone can use that information in the wrong way.

Due to the increased demand of Lincoln SA200 parts, several are back ordered. I waited 6 weeks for roof angles. Because I felt that sending you a UPS return postage paid label ,for the new M13335 selector switch I sent in error, would be easy and cost effective for both of us, and so I would not have 2 new selector switches out of stock with no guarantee of payment on either.

In that email Jerry- you will see I asked what was wrong with your switch, in the pictures you sent the switch was in good working condition. On Nov 19 is when I shipped you the selector switch. I still have yet to get that back. The rheostat you asked me to replace, I did, I sent you out a new one. The one you returned to me with the UPS return postage paid label I sent with the replacement was in perfect new conditon. You told me you found the problem to be in the wires inside your remote box.

I have tried to offer you everything I can, but at some point and time I have to realize, I can not make evryone happy. Good day sir.
