Once you have the pdf, and if you have Acrobat professional (standard may do this as well), you can turn that pdf into a form that you can fill out. Try Acrobat help >> forms, or if "forms" appears on the main menu bar you can probably skip the help and just muddle your way through pretty easily.
I've got Acrobat Prof 8.0 and the forms maker "wizard" is fairly slick.
On top of this, you can export the form data into a spreadsheet. If you're really slick you can keep all your WPS/PQR parameters in a spreadsheet and pull data from that spreadsheet back into the form when you need hardcopies. That way you only save one spreadsheet instead of multiple copies of pdfs. Looking even further, if you have many, many WPS the spreadsheet makes reviewing and assessing your currently WPS library much easier.
