THE MOUNTS USED ON THE MAINLINER ARE A VITAL ASPECT TO ITS DESIGN. THEY PROVIDE FOR SUPERIOR LEVELING CAPABILITIES AND VIBRATION DAMPING. THE END RESULT, IS THAT OF EFFECTIVE SHOCK PROTECTION AND A RAPID RETURN TO SYSTEM EQUILIBRIUM IN VERTICAL LOAD APPLICATIONS.

FOR PURCHASING INFORMATION, PLEASE GIVE US A CALL.

I was just thinking if I could use them under my radiator where the two post bolt to the frame I know mine is all rusted away and there isn't much support under the radiator

MAY WE SUGGEST TRYING NAPA AUTO PARTS...

DID THE EMAIL MESSAGE HELP TO ANSWER SOME OF YOUR QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE ARC FORCE KIT?
Parent - - By 52lincoln (***) Date 02-01-2008 05:08
what email
Parent - - By HYBRIWELD (**) Date 02-01-2008 05:11 Edited 02-02-2008 14:17
WE HAD SENT YOU AN EMAIL IN RESPONSE TO YOUR QUESTIONS. BELOW, IS A COPY OF THAT MESSAGE...

Thank you for contacting us, and expressing an interest in our products...

The Arc Force was invented with the welder's needs at heart...

- Developed to give the welder complete control over the intensity and consistency of the arc -

- Developed to prevent busting a test -

Essentially, Arc Force is a set of shunt coils that replaces the standard shunts in the generator. Unlike regular shunts where you use 100% of the coil all the time, Arc Force is multitapped; and allows you to select different levels of intensity and drive. The system is controlled by a special switch installed to the control panel; and ranges are numbered 1 through 5. The number 3 being normal and the number 5 being maximum, or 100% coil usage. The beauty is that you can switch between ranges while you are welding!

Now, think about this...

You currently have 5 heat ranges on your machine, adding the Arc Force gives you 5 heat ranges for every range on the range selector switch. 5 x 5 = 25 heat ranges!

We can even expand that to 35 heat ranges if a 7-Selector sytem is installed!

Given the above information, we hope that we have answered your question to the best of our ability, and look forward to hearing from you soon.

mine is in the shop and it needs shunts and a friend told me about it,thinking i might try it if dont cost much more to had it .so i guess 5 is like factory and any thing less cools it down or makes it stack.

NORMAL IN ARC FORCE TERMS IS, ACTUALLY, RANGE 3. WE UTILIZE A DIFFERENT WRAP COUNT THAN FACTORY SHUNTS HAVE.

man thanks.i see so you got-1. -2.0 +1. +2.just rolling the rack kinda.what is the warr.or is there one?i think i might get it if it is my shunt coils because your already there.plan on doing alot more pipe welding and practicing.
Parent - By HYBRIWELD (**) Date 02-01-2008 05:39
ALTHOUGH ROLLING THE RACK TO THE CORRECT SETTING IS CRUCIAL, ARC FORCE FUNCTIONS WITHOUT THE NEED TO CONSTANTLY ROLL THE RACK TO ADD OR DECREASE HEAT.

MAY WE ASK WHAT REPAIR SHOP YOUR WELDER IS AT?
Parent - - By 52lincoln (***) Date 02-01-2008 05:37
it is at Davis and Davis in Bowie.I talked to Mr fowler today, just was wondering if someone on here had one that is why i chimed in.Mr Fowler seemed like a hell of a guy.Honesty is sometimes a lost art in todays world.

TOM IS AN ENCYCLOPEDIA WHEN IT COMES TO WELDING MACHINES! ARC FORCE / 7 - SELECTOR ARE SOME OF HIS NOTABLE INVENTIONS.
Parent - - By 52lincoln (***) Date 02-01-2008 05:45
so would you get the 5 or 7,what is the price differrence.
Parent - By HYBRIWELD (**) Date 02-01-2008 05:53
THAT IS ENTIRELY UP TO YOU...

IF YOUR SERIES COILS ARE IN GREAT SHAPE... WE, USUALLY, SUGGEST JUST ADDING THE ARC FORCE; BUT SOME PEOPLE PREFER TO HAVE EVEN GREATER RANGE SELECTON AND ELECT TO HAVE THE 7 SELECTOR INSTALLED. IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY, ASK TOM WHAT HE WOULD SUGGEST FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS.
Parent - - By HYBRIWELD (**) Date 02-01-2008 05:57 Edited 02-02-2008 14:22
THE ARC FORCE SET COSTS: $650.00

7 SELECTOR SET: $650.00

TOTAL: $1,300.00

Thats not bad at all, considering the standard shunt coil set runs $400. When my rental gets home from Colorado, I will have to install the complete set up. Very nice.

If any of you have yet to talk with or do business with Tom Fowler and The Hybriweld team, you missing out. In my 18 years in this industry there are the only ones I have continued to do business with because of there friendly and professional attitude ans knowledge.

STANDARD SHUNTS FROM LINCOLN WILL HAVE ANOTHER PRICE INCREASE IN FEBRUARY.

AS YOU KNOW, OUR SHUNTS ONLY COST $230.00 AND ARE FAR SUPERIOR TO OEM!
