Deposited weld metal in a WPS allows 1/4" max. The pipe wall is 1/4" ... after it has been welded out the reinforcement is another >1/8" so am I right in saying the weld procedure was not adhered to .... First Time Postee. Thanks!

Kriskenmac,
No, the reinforcement is not counted for " Deposited Weld Metal ". It is only the thickness of the parent metal.
