Yes, but only DC. Unless You add a HF box You will have to scratch start.

Hello am0resperr0s1, you can scratch-start tig off of that machine by setting the torch up so that it is connected to the - output terminal on the machine and your ground is attached to the + terminal. With this polarity and set-up you could possibly weld steel, stainless steel, and many other metals. You wouldn't have variable amperage adjustment unless you could rig up some sort of variable amperage adjustment system off of the remote amperage adjustment connection on the machine if it has that capability. You would not weld aluminum, magnesium or any metals that require AC current. The only exception to this could possibly be that aluminum can be welded with the DCEN polarity and helium, so you could argue that you can also use this combination to weld aluminum, just not in the traditional sense of using AC current and continious high frequency.
