Has anyone had any experience cutting P91 pipe with a plasma arc? Can you give me detail on why or why not.

Thousands of tons of P91 are plasma cut every day. You just have to make sure you grind away the hardened zone from the rapid cooling of the plasma arc.
You have to preheat it as well. Preheat consistent with welding regimes is acceptable.
