I am QC in Shipbuilding.
I get the problem of where designed by big las size measure (> 1 / 3 t for the fillet) so that happened many deformation at plate.

Could you try to describe your question another way?  As posted it doesn't make sense to me, sorry.

I believe he is stating that the weld size is specified as a function of the material thickness and it results in excessive deformation. However, it doesn't appear to be a question as much as it is a statement.
