Go to your local welding supply or welding machine grave yard and find a fine tune and knob new is around $80 used talk them down to 40 or 50 no more not sure if is a good one right, find a pice of pipe it will fit in i thank mine is 4" id thin wall about 5" long cut 2 caps that will fit in the pipe place a capabout 1.25 in in side the end and weld it then drill corasponding holes for the rectifire it will have 2 or three places for wires use heavy gage wire 30 amp extension cord 3 foot to 100 foot your choice hook them up the same as your welder and put a 30amp 110 120v mail plug or corasponding plug to your welder Just rember the smaller and lighter the better now bolt it in there make dam sure nothing is tuching in side if you have to use heat shrink not black tape it will get warm in there with the other cap put two or three tabs in side the pipe to bolt the cap and cut some luvers (slits) in it and bolt it on put a handel and some leggs and buff to a nice finish and tape it off and paint rember lincoln collors hint hint to add numbers cut them off the face plate of a junk machine and screw it on or a sharpi rember it is home made it dosent have to look like it(two wires are hot the third is a ground) need more info or get stuck ask ill help you out if i can mine works verry well and has for about 5 years now and cost me about 40 bucks i paid the old welder who showed me how to build it should have gave him more he has been a rill good mentor and friend
