I can't find my pipeliner sleeve. It had a strap that went over my neck. Worked fine. Now I can't find one online that works so simply. They have clips or tournequets or elastic. I like the plain ones with a strap and a little buckle. Anyone know where I might look?

The ones your looking for might be Anchor Brand part # CA 350 (23" sleeves)
