Does anyone have a recommendation on what oil to use on a Lincoln SA-200, with a Continential F163 4 cyl engine?  I planned on using 30W, but should I use detergent or Non-detergent oil in the motor?

thanks

I don't have an SA200, but I run 10-30 or 10-40 detergent oil in everything I have, including My Dodge mini van that has 275,000 miles on it and never had the pan off.

Dont use 10w-40. its the worst oil. 30w in summer is good. 10w-30 winter. 15w-40 is a good all weather oil.
