How do you fit an SA200 sideways in a regular truck bed?

What kind of truck? Most of the time you can take the nose cone off and you can cut it short weld a flt plat on the end. You can take about 2 inches off I think its been awhile. I had a Dodge and the way the bed was shaped I blocked it up with 1 1/2" tubing. Hope that helps.

My Truck is a 93 GMC 1 Ton. I think it will fit if I do something to the cone.

Its a 1968 Redface. This is the first SA200 I have ever had and I have never welded with anything that welds so smooth. I love it.
